Why $1,000?
This farm is beautiful. It’s historic. There is good energy here, and we are so lucky to caretake this land. It is our duty and our privilege to share it with the community. While we can’t always offer this rate, currently we are able, and it is our pleasure to do so.
Come share your special day with us!
What comes with the $1,000 rental?
Rental of the facility for the event on a Saturday or Sunday for 8 hours. This includes the pavilion and grounds, and an attendant the day of the event for questions.
Here are some details:
The guest limit for this price is 40 people - but add on guests are absolutely available.
Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are included for up to 40 guests.
Things that can be added on include catering, bar service, additional restroom facilities, childcare, additional day for rehearsal dinner, and AirBNB rental, and a “flower day” to pick your own wedding bouquets!
Cute animals and Instagram-worthy photos are always free.
We do require separate event insurance (a standard ask), but this is typically inexpensive.
